Job Description
- Supervision of Retail Promodizer
- Monitors the Sales of the company’s product to customers of All Home
- Monitors and checks the Daily Sales Reports and Weekly Inventory Report forms provided by the company
- Monitors product and merchandising displays are properly implemented on clean and well-maintained shelves
- Monitors 100 % product availability displays on shelves with minimal returns of damaged items
- Monitors the strict implementation of All Home Depot policies and guidelines on conditions of sales and approvals of promodizer
- Consolidates the gathered information, monitors and reports competitors’ activities submitted by promodizer
- Accountable for the attainment of sales volume & revenue targets/goals of all All Home branches as agreed with the General Manager
- Monitors timely service and supports whenever problem arise with regard to product quality or product delivery and coordinates the resolution of such problems with other functions
- Attends all training sessions/courses as required
- Follows all company policies and regulations, employee code of conduct, safety, and security program, etc
- Trains promodizer on salesmanship, category merchandising and plan-o-program implemented and monitoring
- Performs other duties designated by his/her supervisor as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business related course
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Possess supervisory skills
- Honest; Of high integrity and good moral character
- Self-driven; career-and-and results oriented and can work under tight time pressure and with minimum supervision
- Flexible in work hours; can render overtime if necessary
- Well-organized, meticulous/conscientious with details, and strict with meeting deadlines
- Possesses good business judgement skills
- Has a good oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Pleasing, professional personality
- Fast thinker; adjust well to situations
