Job Description
- Accountable for the individual attainment of sales volumes & revenue targets as determined and approved by sales & marketing management
- Establishes and maintains good and productive business relationships with key & strategic customer accounts in his/her geographical area/territory
- Sells the company's products to contribution project/contractor accounts within his designated geographic sales area/territory
- Develops a daily customer call schedule/itinerary for review and approval by the Sales & Marketing Manager
- Calls on his/her customer account in accordance with the approved call schedule/itinerar; Accomplishes the Sales Activity Report in an accurate and timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate in any Business, Marketing, Engineering or Architecture course
- Preferable with at least two(2) years relevant work experience, particularly in brand marketing
- Preferably with `good business contacts among architects, real estate developers and constructions projects managers in Metro Manila or other key cities in the Philippines
