Direct Marketing Officer  

The Direct Marketing Officer will be specializing in promotions of Crown Asia Properties Inc. to clients. They are representatives of the Sales and Marketing Department in ensuring the high quality of service from Inquiry to Reservation and After-Sales services.

• Promote sales of properties through:
  • Digital Platforms
  • Corporate Events and Presentations
  • Booth and Site Manning and other Sales Activities
• Provide information to the clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters on Real Estate.
• Prepare reports, collect and maximize Client Database; and to list all projects in all Property Listings.
• Specifically, monitor the updates in digital messages/trends and create different digital proposals, marketing plan, and sales strategies.
• Create digital proposals and strategies.
• Be able to handle the end-to-end sales process.
• To have a corporate presentation regarding the brand and its projects.
• Do other tasks requested by Sales and Marketing and Corporate Communication that will help improve sales and/or presence of the company.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned in different areas: Cavite, Laguna and Muntinlupa
• Must have a pleasing personality and must be 20-25 years old.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in oral and written form.
• Must be knowedgeable in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop or any related programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Optimistic, driven and results-oriented
• Must be aware of the latest trends in digital marketing.
