Job Description
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will mainly be responsible for creating and maintaining solid relationships and making business decisions. They do plan ways to grow the business, find areas of client needs, manage business negotiations, and review and approve other business decisions. It is expected in their job to seamlessly complete target deadlines and delegate tasks to subordinates. Moreover, they should be able to have good working relationships with employees and clients, so good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the business development team of CrewBloom
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange demos
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote better revenue
- Develop client acquisition methods, strategies, and plans through affiliate and partner channels proactively
- Extract, analyze, and improve affiliate program metrics, activities, marketing materials, enablement programs, and data. Advise clients on the best affiliate marketing platforms and tools to use
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate Partner Enablement marketing materials and campaigns
- Create and maintain critical connections with top affiliate partners
Minimum Qualifications
System Requirements
- At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
- Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development
- A start-up experience is preferred
- Experience managing a team is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Hubspot is preferred
