Job Description
- Contribute to the social media and overall digital marketing strategy for Nixplay
- Develop product expertise to be able to answer technical customer support queries
- Manage all of the social media sites for the company including Facebook, Twitter, the Blog, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Assist in creating a joined-up strategy for customer service communications via social media
- Report on social media customer service statistics
- Reach out to customers via social media to build customer stories and build buyer personas
- Assist in creating a crisis management approach on social
- Liaise with the sales team and other departments in order to identify newsworthy items for dissemination on the various platforms
- Identify industry related news and disseminate it through appropriate channels
- Collate all relevant publications and mentions
- Communicate using brand voice across channels
- Monitor reviews on website and disseminating to social as appropriate
- Train the Customer service team to be adept with skills to resolve customer queries through social using the appropriate tone of voice
- Set up a criteria for the Surprise and Delight program and picking customers appropriately
- Organise Twitter Chats and Facebook Live
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience in related field preferred, preferrably with portfolio of past works
- Willing to work shifting schedules as required
