- Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing accounts in the identified market segment.
- Generate revenue coming from catering/functions/events for 1771 Group of Restaurants, assisting the business to attain and exceed budgeted revenues.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, targeted research, networking, and effective calling of warm and cold leads.
- Play a critical and collaborative role in the building, training, and managing a high performing sales team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration Management, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine
- Excellent track record of exceeding budgets and exceeding guest expectations.
- Exhibits strong skills in sales and contract negotiation with a proven track record of closing deals
- Is an articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is self-motivated, intellectually curious and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all types of clients
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
