Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is internal or external customer service and relationship management function. Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals by building, developing and managing new and exiting relationships with the clients. This job will require outside prospecting and sales to meet or exceed the sales production and goals.

Duties and Essential Job Function:

  • Proactively deepens customer relationships by meeting their needs through additional products and services.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service.
  • Manages and maintains current business relationships and seeks new accounts through sales, marketing and referrals.
  • Develops and manages the strategies used to maintain strong client experiences, to ensure that excellent client services are being delivered.
  • Cold calling for additional referrals, and working with other clients to generate referral sources for sales opportunities.
