Job Description
- Drafting, Reviewing. and negotiating in a range of contracts, including but not limited to lease, expansion, and partnership agreements;
- Assisting Senior Legal and/or Head of Legal Department., Management, and other departments on regulatory requirements related to existing and potential Company's products based on the prevailing laws and regulations
- Provide formal and informal legal opinion for the Senior Legal and/or Head of Legal Department, Management, and other departments of the company
- Assisting in Legal administration (filing, submission, and/or reporting).
- Supporting the implementation of Company legal compliance procedures and guidelines
- Conducting legal research on any relevant issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University with GPA min 3.00
- Having exposure in Civil Law or General Corporate Law would be preferred
- Preferably having 1-year experience
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing skills
- Having good analytical & communication skills
- Having exposure or interest in real estate and start-up industry.
