We are looking for Marketing Associate to start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:
DIGITAL MARKETING & BRANDING
Work closely with the Demand Generation Manager and third-party service providers to develop and implement strategies that promotes brand growth and revenue out of the existing digital assets. The ideal candidate will:
- Helps plan and schedule all marketing campaigns and activities; then, delivers according to the agreed marketing plan and KPIs.
- Knowledgeable in copywriting and could create, curate, and edit marketing content on CloudCfo’s owned media (website, blog posts, email newsletters) and earned media (SM such as Twitter, FB, LinkedIn, Burket) in coordination with the Commercial Manager. Deliver a consistent "promise" to current and potential clients according to our core values, mission, vision and the brand.
- Works with the design team as necessary to develop graphics for campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing content offers.
- Helps manage and maintain CloudCfo's website; Takes the lead in follower engagement. Oversee a social media strategy.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on paid advertising channels (SEM, display, Facebook, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in online public relations such as link-building and guest-posting. Understands requirements and coordinates with the content writer to make necessary revisions on articles needed to accomplish a submission, eventually gain a link or mention.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow, paid experiments, inquiry submissions and provide regular internal insights.
- Helps to identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
TRADITIONAL MARKETING
The marketing associate can expect to work closely with the team, do research, and follow trends. Their responsibilities include helping to collect data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction which are specified as:
- Conducts market research as needed.
- Supporting the Demand Generation Manager with data gathering and help with doing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns, and traditional creative branding initiatives as necessary.
- Compile forecasting reports. Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods. Assist in setting brand standards, mission, and goals. Helping to create proposals, idea pitch and presentations.
- Maintains good relationship with brand partners and help ideate good campaigns towards beneficial engagement with existing partners.
- You must understand the importance of confidentiality, stay up to date with style guides and marketing trends, and be a good writer and speaker.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications research or any related field.
- With 1-2 years’ previous experience as a digital marketing associate, media planners, marketing assistant, or performance marketing and digital marketing related position are preferable.
- Starting digital marketers or fresh graduates with significant knowledge in SEO/SEM and Social Media campaigns is very much welcome to apply.
- Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, G Suite and some digital marketing tools such as, but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio. Certification is an advantage.
- Knows inbound and performance marketing concepts and how it compliments other facets of marketing.
- Knows basic operational Photoshop editing skills and knowledgeable in design principles and color theory is an advantage.
- Understanding of industry and its position in the market. Up to date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Excellent written, communication, and exceptional presentation skills is a big advantage.
