Job Description
- Responsible to manage and lead sales departement
- Establish sales objective for all team member in order to meet the sales target
- Identify targeted customer seqmentation based on market research data
- Collaborate with other departement to prepare and execute promotion activities in all related media to increase product sales
- Motivate the team to reach to deliver business requirements and achieve monthly set target.
- Initiate and build relationships with current and coming customers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, presentations, and any other sales method
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields (Economics, Architecture, Management, etc)
- Have a good communication and negotiations skill
- A team player who has strong integrity, professional, and leadership values.
- Willing to be placed in Palembang
