Job Description
- Input all legal progress into database and system
- Organize all legal documents
- Draft and review Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPPJB & AJB)
- Lease Contract with third parties (Bank and Agent)
- Provide legal advice
- Ensure legal compliance
- On Spot assistance on legal issues
- Support all legal issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university
- Have minimum 1 year of experience in Property.
- Familiar with Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPPJB & AJB)
- Have experience to conduct contract with third parties (Bank and Agent)
- Sociable, communicative, responsible,
- proactive, friendly, and having a good manner.
