Job Description
- Identifies the most effective e-commerce projects in various geographies.
- Investigates the delivery, develops and manages e-commerce projects.
- Evaluates, negotiates and makes recommendations on proposals / deals related to E-Commerce.
- Manages the relationships with existing partners and third-party providers.
- Identifies pain points in the e-commerce experience and designs, tests and implements solutions.
- Maintains the accuracy of the platforms content and functionalities.
- Ensures that the e-commerce services are user-friendly and intuitive through regular UATs, testing and introduction of new functionalities.
- Collaborates with Customer Marketing and Products in the optimization of ancillary revenues.
- Manages the payment centers and other payment solution partners.
- Investigates complaints and queries.
- Manages the delivery of various modes of payment.
- Monitors competitors’ e-commerce services on a monthly basis.
- Delivers various E-commerce reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or IT graduate; MBA or some units in graduate school, a plus.
- Understanding of web usability and design, social networks, business planning and research.
- High passion for mobile, internet, and other emerging technologies.
- Good communication skills, good team player and with a keen eye for details.
- Technology project development / management experience.
- Design thinking; User Interface / User Experience Design.

Cebu Pacific Air (PSE: CEB) entered the aviation industry on March 1996 and pioneered the “low fare, great value” strategy. We have since then flown over 130 million passengers and counting.
