- Coordinate and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Assist with corporate secretarial work;
- Assist with policy formulation and compliance with policy; and
- Legal research
Minimum Qualifications
Work Experience:
- Legal / paralegal / compliance experience will be advantageous;
Education
- Post-graduate Degree on Law or other related fields
- Paralegals/Underbars or law graduates who have not yet passed the Bar exam can apply.
Qualities
- Must be willing to work onsite (Makati Office)
- Willing to learn
- Strong organization skills and attention to details
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
