Job Description

  • Manage, sell, and promote Camella inventories.
  • Find effective strategies to gain leads and convert to prospected clients.
  • Establish and manage a strong network of agents to maintain sales quota.
  • Ensure quality of accounts (requirements, documentations, etc.).
  • Render overall customer service and meets required sales quota.
  • Facilitate sales activities through advertisement, roadshow / exhibit, events, and corporate presentation.
  • Meet required sales quota.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in real estate.
  • Preferably with previous real estate (sales) travel experience.
  • WIth strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Licensed Broker is an advantage.
  • With pleasing personality.
  • With strong existing international networks.
  • Internet Savvy.
  • NBI clearance, Medical Certificate, Diploma/TOR, and TIN are required.
  • Local passport, with an existing visa is an advantage.
