Job Description
- Traffic, test, and manage online and mobile advertising campaigns using platforms that include but are not limited to Facebook, Google Adwords and Email marketing.
- Coordinate digital campaign tracking, implementation, or reporting.
- Create reports to monitor campaign delivery and communicate relevant metrics to team.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to execute supplementary lead generation strategies.
- Grow our owned media properties and improve their effectiveness.
- Assist in email execution including performing email list segmentation and pulls for each campaign as well as using our email marketing platform–Mailchimp– for campaign deployment.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to establish a consistent and leading digital presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to help create online consumer experiences that integrate into our multi-sided marketplace framework.
- Challenge and improve all major digital marketing channels and optimize budgets and delivery for optimum performance.
- Work with the design team to create digital marketing assets that amplify new product and brand stories.
- Manage the asset development process including creative brief, concept development, production and timely delivery of creative materials.
- Establish and implement a communication strategy to ensure all marketing stakeholders are aware of digital strategy, plan, timeline, and assets.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working with online media campaigns.
- Experienced in developing local based advertising campaigns.
- Experienced in paid search (must be a hands-on, day-to-day expert).
- Knowledgeable of today’s technologies and search engines (SEO/SEM experience is a plus).
- Understanding of display, retargeting, paid social, and paid content marketing.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to:
- Think critically.
- Manage a variety of data sources and internal customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Be self-sufficient and have entrepreneurial mindset.
