Job Description
- Merekrut dan menjalin relasi kepada Business Agent/BA untuk mencari calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pembiayaan dana tunai dengan jaminan sertifikat rumah/ruko.
- Melakukan proses akuisisi customer baru (agency/direct selling) yang akan mengajukan pinjaman dana tunai dengan jaminan sertifikat rumah/ruko.
- Memaintain Business Agent/BA.
- Mempromosikan BFI Finance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria / wanita
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Ekonomi/Public Relation/ Hukum diutamakan)
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pengalaman di bidang property
- Memahami marketing/ property agent/ multifinance/ property perbankan
- Memiliki skill komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik, target oriented
- Berpenampilan menarik
- Memiliki sim A/C
- Memiliki relasi yang luas, supel, mudah adaptasi
- Sudah vaksin 1 & 2
