Job Description
- Conduct product development in accordance with market needs, and coordinate with related teams both internally and externally
- Prepare system design and tools to support the implementation of initiated product sales
- Responsible for providing PBF financing packages according to customer needs and evaluating the sales effectiveness of each package
- Formulation of acquisition strategy concepts and business processes of each financing package based on segmentation and risk approach priorities
- Evaluate the product profitability of each financing package that has been executed
- Develop standardization and measurement tools for the implementation of business processes in branches with quality assurance rules to achieve the effective business processes
- Responsible for Branch PIC development process (AO & SPV AO)
- Drafting the Consumer KYC concept and ensuring the program is well implemented in branches
- Active in events, seminars and communities related to PBF business with the aim of gaining insight into PBF products and business processes
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in any related majors
- Has a year of working experience related to mortgage
- Strong knowledge in Mortgage/KPR financing concept
- Skilled in operating computer
- A sociable and good in interpersonal skill person
