Job Description
Responsible for providing support to BDO LIfe Bancassurance Sales Team in
- planning, creation, roll-out and evaluation of various Lead Generation and Branch Referral programs / campaigns nationwide.
- This position will champion and drive Branch Development campaigns to ensure smooth ground execution, proper budget management and overall program productivity.
- Conduct orientations and coach Sales Leaders in executing the above mentioned programs if necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- University graduate with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Communications, Business Administration or equivalent
- With at least one (1) year experience in Advertising or Bancassurance Sales and Marketing
- With above average communication skills
- Knowledgeable in using Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing, Social Media content creation and MS Office
