Job Description
We are urgently looking for employees to make up our Pioneer Sales Team to further push the company to meet and exceed this year's sales goals! We offer competitive packages of up tp P42K monthly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Drive outbound customer acquisitions to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota
- Maintain strong relationships over the phone and be able to drive the need for the product to result in purchases.
- Creates a positive image for clients in all contacts; including professionalism, excellent grammar and attention to details
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years work experience as Outbound Agent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills via phone
- Tech-savvy with broad software technology vocabulary and very strong English communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- A team player with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and work towards month end targets
