- Solicits and closes a sale.
- Collects payments from the customers
- Assists Sales Manager in supervising the whole sales department on various sales activities and collectors schedule.
- Regularly makes customers’ visit
- Entertains calls from the customers and acts on their inquiries
- Consolidates all orders and prepares customer order master list for all grades and paper.
- Review customer order master list and selects which orders are to be scheduled for production and prepare IMO’s.
- Browse over daily production and delivery reports and updates and monitors IMO schedule.
- Review Accounts Receivable report. Call customers’ attention on the overdue account. Make follow up on collection for due accounts.
- Coordinates with the sales manager regarding the production schedule, quality and price of paper.
- Coordinates with TSD on technical specifications and quality of paper to be produced.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication skill, oral and written, can relate well to all levels of organization.
Computer literate, familiar with ins and outs of Metro Manila; “a street smart”.
Good leadership traits, mature and hardworking. - Should have at least minimum exposure in selling activities
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
