- Oversee the day-to-day activities, upkeep and maintenance of assigned site office or showroom.
- Hand out availability, computations, price lists, and other marketing collaterals to sellers and clients.
- Must be able to learn and be knowledgeable on all ALP projects especially on his/her assigned project/s.
- Give pertinent information about the project and the sales process to the seller and/or client/walk-in client to eliminate/avoid misrepresentation.
- Must be able to give intensive project presentation to sellers and clients to help close the sale.
- Must be able to work seamlessly with the network of sellers and help expand said network.
- Able to effectively sell ALP projects to assigned client referrals and personal clients, and process documentation related to his/her sale.
- Ensure all sales personnel in the site office / showroom are following the standard code of ethics, house rules, and company policies.
- Assist in conducting project training sessions as the project expert.
- Assist in the processing of the account reservation of assisted sellers (credit card swiping, issuing of provisional receipts, submission of reservation documents).
- Assist the project development and marketing team in the planning and activation of selling activities and events.
- Preparation of the daily and monthly walk-in reports and other required reports.
- All other duties as determined by your immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably in real estate or sales related industry/post
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Excel for report preparation
- Must be amenable to be based in the following sites:
- Makati
- BGC
- Quezon City
- South of Manila
- North of Manila
- Preferably knows how to drive
