Job Description
- Directs day-to-day strategy and plans all offline projects.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the customer base.
- Maintain high standards and store conditions.
- Develop and maintain a sales system for all stores to make it more effective and efficient.
- Estimating & reviewing business projections and sales targets.
- Thoroughly analyze customer and market trends vs product demand.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in related field min. 1 year to handle offline project (Pop Up Store / offline store)
- Good Communication Skill
- Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
