Job Description
- Gaining revenue from e-commerce platforms;
- Manage E-commerce strategy and coordinate intensely with the Channel of Development team;
- Maintain margin and promotion cost in e-commerce platforms;
- Drive internal planning circles to ensure the company has good demand projections;
- Responsible for platform management (such as traffic, AOV, CR, ROAS, and the key metrics);
- Responsible for consumer engagement;
- Supervise the overall e-commerce platform to optimize sales;
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition;
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
- Responsible for gathering information on the best practices and market trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as key account manager or similar role min. 2 years;
- Experience in handling various E-commerce or platforms;
- Strong knowledge of latest ecommerce technologies and developments;
- Data-driven, and a create problem solver;
- The ability to interact effectively with different stakeholder groups;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
- Have good analytical thinking skills;
- Willing to work in Yogyakarta
