Job Description
- Tasked to handle direct hire support employees concerns, which include but not limited to endorsement and deployment, attendance and statistics ;monitoring, disciplinary actions, and coordination with Manpower agencies ;
- May perform a wide range of basic office support activities related to direct hire support employees, routine clerical and office processing works as assigned;
- Will also be required to do backup jobs.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is required
- With strong ability to multitask;
- Can work under pressure and overextended hour;
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
