- Lead a team to in developing market in acquiring sites inside the buildings (& other strategic locations)
- Acquire group accounts and maintain old accounts
- Present, Negotiate and close the contract with key accounts or group of building developers/owners
- Manage the business development team and develop strategies to grow network and visibility of the company's products and services
- Prepare an appropriate proposal for each building.
- Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably with a strong background in site acquisition / and group account management
- At least 3 to 5 years, preferably with relevant experience in property management and real estate
- Strong leadership / management experience
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
