  2. Preferably a licensed broker
  3. Has 2-3 years experience in Real Estates sales
  4. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  5. Must possess excellent presentation skills
  6. Above average customer orientation
  7. Must be a fast-learner, can work under pressure, pro-active and goal-oriented
  8. Can start immediately
Job Description
  1. Upkeep and maintenance of the sales office and model unit
  2. Implementation and enforcement of sales office house rules
  3. Assist all non-focused Alveo sellers (brokers, ALISI, non-focused In-House sellers)
  4. Provide project information, handle client presentation
  5. Entertain clients of In-house sellers while waiting for the arrival of the seller
  6. Handle the sale of walk-in clients when there are no In-House sellers manning the showroom
  7. Facilitate the reservation process for broker sales
  8. Increase site visits of brokers with clients
  9. Help in the activation of accredited brokers & their agents
  10. Preparation of the daily and monthly walk-in reports and other required reports
  11. Sales monitoring (includes booking of accounts and after sales service)
  12. Handles special requests of brokers and clients
