Job Description
- Shape core brand messaging and themes for fast-growing healthcare start up.
- Create and manage internal communications schedule.
- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
- Create publications for marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Work with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant teams are
- kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 3-8 years’ experience in marketing or communications
- Experience in branding and marketing strategy execution
- Knowledge of healthcare is an advantage
- Strong people management and presentation capabilities
- Knowledge of technology-driven and digital-centric distribution models
- Fluent in both English and Tagalog
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

reach52 (R52) is a social enterprise which aims to bring universal basic healthcare services to communities in low-access, developing regions through an innovative service model and technology platform. Our approach focuses on leveraging existing community facilities (such as shops, churches, schools etc) and people to use a key technology platform to help deliver basic healthcare services to their fellow citizens.
This allows core health services to be distributed deeper into communities where traditional healthcare services are unable to reach (such as Barangay Health Centres), giving basic support locally but also providing a navigation service where patients are able to find local clinics, purchase affordable quality medication and microinsurance, understand financing options (PhilHealth, PCSO etc) and connect them to regional and national healthcare facilities.
