Graphics Designer  

We are looking for a smart creative who wants to become part of a growing early stage startup.

We are not looking for a super designer but instead we want a super learner and super teammate. That means we don't need divas - we need hardworking, determined, entrepreneurial and "may malasakit" smart creative folks.

This person will be co-leading the team in coming up with engaging, relatable content across our different marketing channels both online and offline.

This person will work directly with the product team and the marketing team to make sure our marketing goes hand in hand with our product and vice versa.

The role will primarily be involved in marketing specifically in digital marketing. The person will be generating ads of different types, content and other similar executions. And this person will see the direct impact of their work and learn what works and what doesn't through working with our digital marketing guys.

The person we are looking for must be a fast-learner and must be able to thrive in high-pressure, high-intensity work environment because as a startup we are results-driven and highly iterative.

More importantly, this person must be someone who cares about helping not only themselves but their teammates and ultimately our customers.

• College graduate
• Excellent comprehension skills
• Able to communicate his/her ideas clearly in both written and oral English and Filipino
• Excellent grasp of design tools include Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools
• Familiar with online project management tools like Trello, Slack, etc.
• Works fast, and self-motivated
• Able to handle multiple projects at a time
• Willing to be coached and learn new concepts in both design, project management and business
