Your Role:
The position will be responsible for contacting customers by phone to collect information.
By conducting phone interviews with our customers, it aims to understand the customer’s business,
Help develop content ideas, and create a package of information that can be used by our internal creative teams to generate compelling online, and offline copy.

What you will do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for multiple customers of multiple Accounts via phone and email and our internal creative teams to deliver sharp copy packages within tight timelines
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries to gather pertinent business information needed in the creation of their websites
  • Through phone interviews with clients, assist in the creation and maintenance of customer- specific documentation for assigned customer base and desired output medium
  • Document details of each call accurately as per company-provided guidelines
  • Document and track amendment requests and completions
  • Work with appropriate teams within the organization to collect assets (logos, images, other digital information) for completion of their websites
  • Conduct research vital to capturing customer information

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex marketing challenges effectively.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule including but not limited to graveyard shift, holidays, weekends, or as needed by the business
