- Generates excitement and interest for our community. Works to improve Acceler8's market position and achieve financial growth through membership acquisition.
- Plans persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince prospects to become future Acceler8 members.
- Follows up on existing pipeline of leads. Submits weekly progress reports to, and helps forecast sales targets for, leadership team.
- Generates potential leads and contacts by making thorough research and mapping customer organization.
- Generates new business by initiating cold calls, set meetings/appointments or conference calls with potential customers.
- Will be expected to fulfill additional duties as assigned.
- 2+ years prior experience in direct sales;
- Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability, able to work well in an ambiguous environment;
- Meticulous organizational skills;
- Has the ability to engage and exude confidence with prospects;
- Has a strong sense of accountability;
- Has deal closing skills and motivation for sales;
- Fluency in English.
