Officer/Supervisor - Sustainability (Data and Performance Management)  

The Officer/Supervisor - Sustainability (Data and Performance Management) is responsible for helping build, enhance, protect, and restore the Aboitiz reputation by assisting in the development of sustainability programs. He/she will be assigned to educate team members on how to incorporate greener practices in their day-to-day work, collaborate with clients on the implementation of sustainability initiatives, and gather and report data such as sustainability-related studies and sustainability reports.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervises the monitoring and evaluation of sustainability initiatives to ensure their alignment with the sustainability framework on People, Planet, and Profit
• Reports and analyzes sustainability data to increase our internal and external stakeholders' awareness and engagement
• Supervises the coordination and collaboration with the sustainability stewards of each business unit to implement Groupwide sustainability programs at the business unit level
• Supervises and develops communication plans related to sustainability data
• Monitors and reports sustainability related expenses; also includes processing payments to supplier
• Researches and gathers data for sustainability-related studies to establish groundwork and justify the approval of studies, campaigns, programs and initiatives
• Builds and sustains mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Enhance data collection and emission quantification methodologies; help in increasing capacities for SBU clients
• Update sustainability performance benchmarking tools; provide timely feedback for validation reports

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, or in any field related to sustainable development
• With 4-7 years of work experience in environmental assessment and management
• Has exposure to sustainability data gathering and reporting processes, project management
