Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate internal cross-channel digital communication tools based on requests from internal requestors.
- Manage feedback received via shared mailboxes and respond to queries with standard responses. Work in collaboration with service Channel Experts to solve for inquiries and get support when needed.
- Support and facilitate review and distribute e-mail messages in alignment to company policies, guidelines, and technical restrictions of the tools.
- Collect and organize data from different channels to work on analytics reports.
- Post articles and execute on updates and small developments to appropriate internal websites.
- Gather communication metrics from multiple varied sources and draft reports.
- Raise issues appropriately.
- Work with office tools, MS applications, service operations tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Open to undergraduates with experience
- 2 years relevant experience
- Competent in office package: Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Understanding web traffic metrics and data analysis skills
- WordPress experience and/or HTML / CSS
- Experience using SharePoint or other workflow management tools
