Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Makes territory sales plan by products and by customers in accordance with assigned sales target.
- Reports the result and corrective action on a monthly basis.
- Achieves sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increase sales of existing customers.
- Makes itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales achieved on that day.
- Reports on competitor’s activities and market situation.
- Expands and penetrates the market with both new and existing products.
- Promotes product through good product knowledge and honest and appropriate way of use of promotional materials i.e. samples.
- Informs superiors of customer about requests or result of those requests or complains and inform customers on results of those requests and complaints.
- Keeps good relation with the personnel of principal, the customers and colleagues.
- Reviews regularly the master list and recommends customers for addition and/or deletion.
- Submits all required reports.
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a four (4) or five (5) year Business or any related course.
- Must be personable and pleasing, with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Must be a Team Player and a self starter.
- Must possess an unquestionable integrity.
- Preferably not currently employed and resident of Batangas.
- Must be willing to be assigned in other territories.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, Proficient in MS Applications.
