Team Leader (Sales)  

Some of the main tasks of this role but not limited to:

• Maintains and expands business in the assigned area
• Negotiates agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients
• Expands existing or current customer base by recognizing and involving top cargo agents within the area
• Develops sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues
• Implements customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Generates management reports for performance evaluation
• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of team including work and attendance monitoring based on the company policies
• Effectively coach direct reports on their performance regularly to achieve KPIs.
• Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls when needed.
• Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates to keyholders

• Highly-motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
• At least 1 to 2 years experience as a Team Leader, with a strong sales background experience with freight management is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in managing Customer Satisfaction while driving a sales environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
