Customer Service Representative (CSR)  

The following are some of the key responsibilities but are not limited to

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls from customers and couriers efficiently and in a professional manner.
• Receive customer concerns over chat and email and able to resolve concerns with enthusiasm.
• Provide professional and efficient customer support to customers and couriers
• Create ad-hoc reports

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Above average verbal and written English communication skills
• Must have strong phone skills
• Chat and email experience is not required but an advantage
• Sales and upselling skilling is not required but an advantage
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Must have strong work ethics, solid character and values
• Willing to work and be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
• Contract may or may not be extended dependent on performance
