Trade Executive will be working under Trade Manager for a dedicated tourism account owned by Zeno Indonesia. Trade Executive will be working in contract basis for a period of 1 year, extendable for another 1 year. Trade Executive is expected to demonstrate understanding on market capability in integrated campaign planning and strategic delivery, and have some experience and interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, and/or aviation sectors. Trade Executive will support Trade Manager’s role in build a strong network within the travel intermediary ecosystem of the Indonesian market.
Responsibilities
Supporting Trade Manager in:
- Building the optimal network of key trade partners to distribute the destination’s product to the domestic market.
- Producing report (monthly and weekly) in the destination’s competitiveness in Indonesia.
- Support in developing a business plan covering budgets, rationale and an overview of the projects and partnerships that will drive increased market share and visitor arrivals to the destination.
- Support in managing the relationships with airlines, travel trade and corporates to ensure that the destination is being considered as an incentive travel destination.
- Managing an efficient and well-organized database/CRM system as provided by the client (the destination).
- Assisting on-going education process of the travel community of the destination’s products and services.
- Basic support on setting the right rationale and targeting the suitable companies and individuals to drive agent engagement and steer tourism business development for the destination.
- Help in delivering a market audit of the destination’s products sold online and offline, dissected by itineraries for identified target segments.
- Assisting the monthly and quarterly evaluation of expenses incurred and budget monitoring.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A minimum of 1 – 2 year/s in travel, tourism, hospitality, and/or aviation sectors
- Comprehensive understanding of travel and tourism marketing
- Minimum education background of bachelor in communication, tourism, or marketing field
- Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables & v-lookups) and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
