Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle recruitment and training questions in support chat and onsite.
- Audit training schedules for trainees and trainers.
- Monitor performance and customer reviews. Assign training, penalties, bonuses, and performance reviews as needed.
- Schedule impromptu training sessions.
- Keep records of employee interactions and performance review outcomes.
- Send reminders for interviews and training.
- Open and maintain employee accounts by recording account information.
- Track and record assets, bonuses, and payouts to providers.
- Write how-to documents for operations processes.
- Resolve service & training problems by clarifying the provider’s complaint.
- Solve complex problems and contact supervisor immediately for problems unable to solve.
- Log system errors and recommend improvements to the system.
- Assist in other operations tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Prefer at least 1 year of experience with operations

Background in training or massage therapy is an advantage

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Good problem-solving skills and focused on quality

Good knowledge of operating systems and relevant hardware or software

Good command of the English language

Willing to report on-site and be assigned in Day, Mid, or Closing shift
