Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and manage all documents including minutes of meetings related to the directors to help smooth the delivery of information within the company.
- Monitor the implementation of the results of the meeting listed in the minutes so that it is in accordance with the predetermined schedule.
- Managing the schedule and monitoring the continuity of the existing directors' schedule so that the directors' agenda can run well.
- Take care of the signing of letters or documents needed to support the smooth running of the company's operational procedures in accordance with applicable company standards.
- Manage the filing of important and confidential letters and documents owned by the company so that all documents can be properly maintained.
- Handle correspondence needs including all documents and administration needed by the directors in accordance with existing procedures and protocols so that they can be carried out in a timely and neat manner
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- 1 year's experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including strong understanding of using microsoft office.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice
