Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Thinks both long (6-12 months) and short term (1-3 months) strategy
- Someone very creative, can think of out of the box ideas and knows how to turn those ideas into reality
- Someone who thinks from first principles -- being comfortable with the lack of numbers and too many numbers and turning ambiguities into clear facts and plans
- Someone with great excel/ financial modeling skills -- will be in charge of topline
- Can come from strategy consulting and/or high growth tech
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, product management, and/ or digital transformation projects
- 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or at a high-growth technology firm;
- Experience building or deploying content management systems and/or workflow or project management tools
- Ability to partner with cross-functional business partners, engineering teams and senior management, to identify and define short term and long term solutions to operational challenges
- Ability to synthesize large amount of information and data to create a clear story digestible to different types of audience - business, engineering, executives etc
- Excellent business sense, project management skills, relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
