Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Align with relevant stakeholders (web leads/ content/ marketing/ blog/ partners) to provide the most useful and beneficial content for students
- Create the best SEO practices on owned media (web/ blog/ YouTube)
- Applying best practice SEO competitor research and benchmarking for specific articles and themes
- Finding innovative ways to grow content views, beyond SEO
- Understanding Zenius’ learning methods and company vision in order to support objectives to achieve more logins and trials of free products
- Stay aligned with stakeholders in content production to understand the objectives of our various content types and series
- Meet deadlines agreed upon with your editor/ team leader
- Apply best practice SEO with special attention to SERP optimization on website, as well as other owned channels (i.e. YouTube)
- Support the website through writing for web/ blog/ owned media and potentially third party partnership platforms
- Daily personal activity and productivity tracking and assistance of creating weekly reports with the team
- Transparent communication of production status to all stakeholders
- Carrying out continuous experimentation, evaluation and adjustments to support growth of readership numbers
- Other multimedia optimization (images/ podcasts)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2+ years of related experience in SEO required
- Specialized SEO certifications of advantage (SERP, video)
- Experience in YouTube optimization of advantage
- Experience in content marketing of advantage
- Knowledge of organic / paid Search Engine Optimization, as well as related tools
- Reporting and data tracking with Google Docs / Sheets / Data Studio
- Intermediate Google and/or YouTube Analytics
You have proven skills in applying best practices in/ to:
- SERP Video Optimization on web
- YouTube channel optimization
- Blog writing on Wordpress / SEO implementation
- Advanced keywords research skills
- Ability to make good suggestions how to make topics interesting, meaningful, discussion, and share-worthy
