Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze the current state operations and propose workflows and tools that drive improvements to the ZenCore and Website product.
- Identify and execute on opportunities, including roll-out of new tools, to streamline workflows and increase collaboration and productivity across ZenCore and Website teams.
- Manage the documentation of business requirements for new tools/ products and work with internal engineering teams, and external vendors as needed, to build and roll-out tools that scale the business;
- Proactively track risks/issues with development, ensure business requirements are met and advocate for future enhancements.
- Own the development and document process flows and related tool guidance for new processes resulting from business initiatives.
- Define operational metrics and develop reporting tools as needed, for business partners and leadership to understand business performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, product management, and/ or digital transformation projects
- 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or at a high-growth technology firm;
- Experience building or deploying content management systems and/or workflow or project management tools
- Ability to partner with cross-functional business partners, engineering teams and senior management, to identify and define short term and long term solutions to operational challenges
- Ability to synthesize large amount of information and data to create a clear story digestible to different types of audience - business, engineering, executives etc
- Excellent business sense, project management skills, relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
