Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The role will be reporting to CEO, and will be responsible to managing and mentoring the team of PMs, Product Designers, and Data.
- Owning the strategic product development initiatives for all of the Zenius' business/products (online k12, Online-Merge Offline, and Zenpro).
- Lead a team that owns roadmaps for a portfolio of learning products, in collaboration with business, tech, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Own the long-term vision and strategy for your products and programs as they mature, maintain a deep competitive awareness, and think big to identify opportunities worthy of investment
- Champion the learning experience through data-driven insights using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs
- Define, measure, and monitor key objectives and results for the portfolio of products your team leads
- Find opportunities to invent and simplify processes and tools to drive more efficient and agile workflows
- Convey complex ideas simply to align stakeholders across products
Kualifikasi Minimum
Who We Are Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, technology, or related fields
- Experience leading roadmaps for a portfolio of products
- Demonstrated experience developing high performing teams
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with end to end product delivery, from concept to launch
- Domain expertise in education technology
- Have software development background
- A passion for improving education
