Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Objectives: The HR Assistant will assist in providing support in the implementation of company policies, attending to employee concerns, and managing welfare activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely response to employees’ inquiries about HR policy on time attendance, company initiated benefits (Leaves, Education, HMO, Insurance, etc.) and government mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF)
- Process on time all documents relative to govern-mandated benefits of all employees such as sickness, maternity applications, reimbursements and benefits claims of employee to SSS, calamity and housing loans to Pag-ibig
- Assist in organizing company events and other employee relations activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Human Resource Management or any equivalent Bachelor’s course
- With at least 1 year of experience in the ER or Compensation and Benefits field
- With knowledge in the administration of Government Benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and effective communications skills
- Flexible, has keen attention to details, and goal-oriented
