Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work with HR Manager on the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Administer the corporate and government benefits
- Take lead in the execution of various company events
- Conduct investigation on complaints and grievances
- Prepare and issue disciplinary action memorandum
- Assist in activities related to Performance Management System such as monitoring, feedback, recording and consolidating performance results
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is an advantage
- Knowledge in HR functions (Employee/Labor Relations, Performance Management System, etc.)
- Knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws & HR Best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, dynamic and can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
- With strong ethics & reliability
