Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to supervise general accounting area of the company.
- Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporate annual report.
- Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Document all accounting control procedures, identifying system issues and making suggestions for improvements.
- Execute accurate reporting, enabling the department to analyze options and make financial recommendations that align with company objectives.
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information and reconcile any financial discrepancies by performing or directing research of accounting issues for compliance, and establish quality control for transactions and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic and effective team to meet company targets.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience working as an Accounting Supervisor
- Updated with current government regulations on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP, IFRS, PFRS, etc.) to cover a broader range of accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
