Objectives:
Ensure accurate, timely and complete servicing of sales orders by overseeing the geneal operations or order processing team from receipt of confirmed custoer's purchase to billing and delivery.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee effcient (accurate and timely) processing of all orders by working closely with ERP users to ensure transactions are completely processed unitl delivery to customers.
- Work closely with different groups/departments in the review and monitoring of the effectiveness of business processes (both within and outside ERP) to ensure effecient servicing of customer orders.
- Work closely with Operations Manager in managing the performance of the members of Order Processing team.
- Submit relevant reports that will help in timely and accurate decision making of the Management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any course/field
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in the Construction or Electrical industry
- Experience in ERP and Inventory system management is a plus
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Execllent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
