ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Team Coach - Customer Service to help maintain and sustain excellent customer service, providing quality standards for all ZEN hotels.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Train and facilitate the growth of the trainees through custom questionnaires and results
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
  • Improve the quality of customer care through the means of training modules
  • Research relevant courses online for possible updates on training materials

Kualifikasi Minimum

Academic and Work Experience

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • At least 1-year experience of working as a Trainer in a BPO Industry

Mindset and Attitude

  • Self-starter and can develop Customer Support training modules
  • Motivated to develope the growth of the team
  • Pro-active in improving the Customer support system

Skill Sets

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino
  • High attention to detail
