Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Summary: As a Line Cook, you will be in charge of all the nutritious and delicious meals to be served at one of our ZEN Properties. You will be responsible for satisfying our customers' taste buds!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Front line of all meal preparation
- In charge of maintaining kitchen to the highest standard
- Responsible for set up of stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is ready for service in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Be the face of a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
Academic and Work Experience
- Proven cooking experience (at least 1-2 years, preferably Filipino food), including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
Mindset and Attitude
- Passion for customer service
- Able to adapt and acquire new knowledge quickly
- Preferably can render a full-time schedule
- Demonstrate strong attention to details
Skill Sets
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
