Job Description:

• Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, and/or chats (60% - international customers/partners)
• Attend and resolve customer / partners inquiries
• Identify new methods to improve the service to the customers and the team
• Coordinate with Regional Corporate Sales and Account Management team

• Completed at least 2 years College/ University degree
• At least 1-2 years CSR experience
• Preferably with hotel reservation experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Pro-active and self-driven
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work in Makati area
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
