As a Talent Acquistion Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Main responsibility will be finding superstar candidates for open positions in the company
- End-to-end process of sourcing and hiring for the whole ZEN Rooms operations
- Work on other ad hoc projects simultaneously under time constraints
Kualifikasi Minimum
- +/- 3 years experience in headhunting/recruiting preferred
- Expert on different job portals
- Preferred experience recruiting for BPOs
- Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
- Has a hand-on and can-do attitude
- Proactive mindset, always ready to challenge oneself to do better
